Payment is generally due when service is provided unless another arrangement has been approved in advance. KC Endodontics currently lists Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, cash, check, and CareCredit among its payment options. Please call to confirm the payment methods available for your appointment.

Insurance and patient responsibility
Insurance coverage is an agreement between you and your insurer. The office may provide estimates and submit claims as a courtesy, but the patient or responsible party remains responsible for fees not paid by the plan.
Benefits, deductibles, annual limits, and plan participation can change. Any estimate is based on the information available at that time and is not a guarantee of payment by the insurance company.
