Claims and estimates
As a courtesy, the office can submit claims and track their progress. Keep KC Endodontics informed of plan changes and provide accurate subscriber information. Your insurer determines the final benefit, and you are responsible for charges not paid by the plan.
Payment options
The office currently accepts cash, check, major credit cards, and CareCredit. Payment is generally due at the time of service unless another arrangement has been approved in advance.
